What we collect
- Telegram ID, username, name and photo provided by Telegram at login
- Campaign, channel, placement and payment records
- Wallet addresses and transaction hashes you submit
We also process support messages, referral relationships, login/session records and click-tracking data used for deduplication and fraud checks. Browser storage keeps your session and preferences such as language and notification sounds. Public Telegram post counters provide view statistics.
What we never collect
Private keys, seed phrases or Telegram passwords.
Use
To operate the marketplace, verify channels, prevent fraud, process payments and send notifications via our bot.
Sharing
Channel names, public usernames, descriptions and published advertising can be publicly visible. Telegram, hosting and infrastructure providers process data needed to deliver the service. AI requests send the prompt and relevant campaign or support context to the AI service. Do not include passwords, private keys or unnecessary personal data in prompts.
Blockchain addresses and transactions are public and cannot be deleted by TELEMONIX. Data may be processed outside your country.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to provide account access, campaigns, payment verification, support and fraud prevention. Depending on applicable law, processing may rely on contractual necessity, legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent. Any processing that requires consent must obtain it; this notice alone is not consent.
Retention and security
Financial records may need to remain after account closure. Security controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or data loss will never occur.
Your rights
Contact support to request access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights applicable in your country, subject to identity verification and lawful record-keeping obligations. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent or complain to a data protection authority. Do not send a private key or seed phrase with a request.
