1. Service

TELEMONIX is a marketplace connecting advertisers with Telegram channel owners. We are not affiliated with Telegram.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Telegram. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts for policy violations or suspected fraud.

Use the service only where you can lawfully enter a contract and where advertising and digital-asset payments are permitted. Businesses must have authority to act for their organization. Local consumer, tax, advertising and sanctions requirements may apply.

3. Payments

Balances are recorded in an internal ledger. Deposits are credited only after verification. Reserved budgets are spent only after a placement is completed; declined or failed placements are released.

Amounts are accounted for in USDT, not a guaranteed fiat-currency value. Deposits support the networks shown on the deposit page; withdrawals currently support USDT BEP20 only. Check the token, network, address and any required memo before sending. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible; wrong-network payments, network fees, congestion and token depegging can cause losses or delays.

An account balance is an accounting record for platform activity, not a bank deposit or an investment product. No deposit insurance, fixed return or guaranteed withdrawal time is promised. Applicable fees and transaction status appear on the website. You remain responsible for applicable taxes.

4. Publishers

Publishers must own or administer the channels they register and publish only approved creatives, unchanged and labelled as advertising.

Advertisers must have rights to their text, images, videos, brands and linked destinations. Publishers must maintain the required channel permissions and comply with Telegram's rules. Sponsored content must remain clearly identifiable as advertising; automated translation does not remove responsibility for accurate and lawful claims.

5. No guarantees

We do not guarantee views, clicks, conversions or audience authenticity.

Views are periodically read from public Telegram counters; clicks use deduplication and bot filtering. Counts are estimates, not proof of unique people, subscriptions or purchases. AI-generated plans, translations and replies may contain errors and are not legal, financial or investment advice. Review them before use.

6. Cancellations, refunds and disputes

Released campaign reservations return to the internal available balance; this is not an automatic blockchain refund. For a disputed placement, payment or account restriction, contact support with the campaign or transaction reference and supporting evidence. Any remedy must respect applicable consumer rights; these notices do not remove mandatory cancellation or refund rights.

7. Referrals

Referral rewards relate to qualifying activity shown on the website, not investment returns. Self-referrals, fabricated channels and manipulated deposits or traffic are not legitimate activity. Do not promote referral links using misleading earnings claims or unsolicited spam.

8. Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, including mandatory consumer protections.
